Are you interested in learning more about buying a home in Denver?  Whether you are a first time home buyer or just want to learn more about the process, join fellow members Adam and Elizabeth with Dwell Denver for this informational session!

We will begin the event with a presentation covering both the home buying and selling process. We will highlight the peaks and valleys that are a part of many real estate transactions, as well as explaining the challenges to expect, tips to help clients and why people choose Dwell Denver.

The format will follow the transactional timelines of buying and selling property, with Elizabeth playing the Buyer’s agent and Adam representing the Listing agent. Attendees can expect to learn about subjects ranging from the importance of choosing the right lender and how their real estate agent gets paid to what title work is and how to resolve an inspection issue. The format of this discussion is very free form so attendees are welcome to ask questions throughout our presentation.

After the presentation, guests are welcome to wet their whistles and join us at the designated nearby happy hour destination.
