Pick your race

10K Memorial Run-8 a.m.
Take your place in the appropriate pace group according to the pace signs at the race start area and get ready for a great 10K course around the Wildlife Refuge

5K Ruck March- 8:10 a.m.
If you're up for a real challenge, grab your packs and join in on the 5K Ruck March!  While our military friends are really familiar with this style of race, for those of us without the knees for the 10K, the Ruck March is a brisk walk with a small pack or camel back.

Get the kiddos involved with this great cause through a pint-sized, non-competitive race built specially for them!

Or Any one of our
