MHYP is giving our members the chance to sit at a table with some of the most respected and inspirational leaders in Denver.

MHYP Members will receive an email one week before the event and the first 10 people to respond will get to have lunch with a Denver community leader.

Daniel Rosacci, CEO and President of Tony's Meats

Daniel Rosacci began working for Tony's at the age of 13. By his early 20's, he was managing the meat department at the Dry Creek store and overseeing a large crew of meat veterans and a department with sales in the 7 digits. Over the years, he has successfully held many positions in the markets including Store Director, Operations Director, Corporate Buyer, HR Director, Dishwasher, Cook, Sausage-maker, and more. He considers himself fortunate for the variety of jobs he held and the unique training it provided. He loves the food industry, but his passion remains where it all started - The Meat Department. 

Daniel has earned the respect of markets around the country for his well-rounded business knowledge and has been asked to speak on many subjects, from his unique retail meat insights with the likes of Cargill Foods at the Meat Summit to many of America's top grocery stores, large and small.

Having been appointed the CEO/President of the company more than a half dozen years ago, he has a sound business mind with plenty of creativity which is essential in this ever-changing industry. He is fortunate to be surrounded by a GREAT team, with an employee base of around 270 people covering 5 locations. He will always run his family's business with honesty, integrity, respect and kindness yet has the ability to be tough when the situation calls for it; never though without compassion.
