Lori Heisler is a leadership coach, entrepreneur, educator, and motivational speaker.

Prior to starting The Leadership Influence, Lori completed 14 years of service in the public school system. She's served as an elementary classroom teacher, behavior coach and school administrator. Craving more fulfillment and committed to the personal development of others, Lori left public education to pursue her passion of influencing change through leadership.

Lori believes that developing people’s true potential is the single most important job of any leader. She works with socially responsible small businesses and professionals to build their leadership capacity so they can maximize their potential, performance and impact. 

Lori has worked with top executives, small business owners, entrepreneurs and highly successful professionals to provide business strategies, creative solutions, project management services, sustainable systems, personal development and leadership coaching. Her mission is to change the world through leadership and influence.
