You know you need a strategic approach to communications and marketing, but don’t know where to begin?
This workshop will lead small business owners, entrepreneurs and independents along the first steps in developing and implementing an effective communications plan for their business. Being clear about who you are, what you’re trying to accomplish and who your target audience is, is key to effective communications. We will help you create effective messaging that communicates this and from there, we will explore a wide range of approaches you can explore to engage your audiences and move them to action.
You will leave this workshop with a working MASTER (Message, Audience, Strategy, Target, Engagement, Research) Plan you can put to work immediately to jump-start your communications efforts.
