About Paul Luchau

I was born and raised in Rochester Minnesota, where I attended Mayo High School. After graduating, I moved north to Saint Paul and attended the University of Minnesota. There I received a Bachelor of Science Business degree from the Carlson School of Management with a minor in Economics. While at the University I played and lettered on the Varsity Golf Team.

After college, I began my career in mortgage banking in 1985. I held various positions in the field such as loan originator, Branch Manager, Regional Vice-President, and Vice President. I currently own and operate Blue-Luck LLC, a Real Estate investment firm in Minnesota with a partner.

In 1999 joined Foster Klima and Company, an insurance and investment advisory firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota as a Field Representative. I worked there until our move to Colorado in the fall of 2005. I am now working with Colorado Financial Group. I also currently teach a D.O.R.A. approved 2-Hour Continuing Education class for Real Estate agents.

On a personal note, I am married and have three grown girls. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, playing golf, skiing, and travelling.
