Stakeholders vs. Employees: Creating Ownership From the Top Down

  • Do you have/work with employees that “do their job” but don’t see how they impact others and your customers?
  • Would you like to see a stronger culture within the 4 walls of your company? One that you actually ENJOY being a part of?
  • Does everyone on your team know what is the highest and best use of their time?
  • Are process maps in place for the business and do you and your employees/stakeholders understand their importance? Do your processes need more expansion, efficiency and clarity?
  • Do you want to know how to empower yourself AND your employees/stakeholders to take more ownership?

Join us for this workshop and be empowered to know how to:

  • Create consistency in ALL areas of the business.
  • Hire new team members with more certainty, less training and better results.
  • Create stronger company values and a culture that you can feel!
  • Use the Process Maps and Descriptions to create better performance reviews and effeciences.
  • Make more money by shifting to the highest and best use of everyone’s time – stop guessing – you’ll know exactly.
  • Create ownership and teamwork where none existed before – get rid of the “job silos” problem.
