About Sara Walter Bear

Sara Walter Bear was born into the business world as a former bartender / aspiring performer. She has prospered in various industries: restaurants, finance, sales, performance, networking, marketing and fun-loving to name a few. Sara has been a successful business owner, entrepreneur and strategic net worker for over 11 years.

As president of business leads groups for seven years and four years as chamber ambassador she was awarded the Denver Metro Chamber Champion award for her contributions. She facilitated chamber endorsed leadership training for chamber leads group presidents on building winning teams. With gratitude, a dream of giving back was created. Sara has utilized her skills and creativity to support philanthropic endeavors. Volunteering and organizing networking / singles events for good cause is one dream come true....establishing performance groups aimed at supporting charitable causes is another.

During the last 8 years she has built teams and duplicated leaders in one of the largest and fastest growing industries of today – the financial services industry. She is among the first three women to achieve her position in Colorado continually ranking among the top 10 earners statewide. Over the duration of her career she has trained a team of  60+ licensed agents / independent business owners and has developed a 6 figure earner.  Working with influential business owners and executives for over 11 years on topics including business development, marketing and creating strategic alliances is something she is passionate about. Her strong leadership spirit and entrepreneurial mindset play a key role in her triumphs and the achievements of her teammates and colleagues.
