Our Table of 10 events provide MHYP members an opportunity to meet and converse with top-level business, community, and social leaders in Denver. About Wendy Aiello

Wendy S. Aiello, President of Aiello Public Relations and Marketing, has lived and worked in the Colorado market for more than twenty years. The last seventeen years of Aiello’s career in public relations and marketing have been divided between traditional corporate communications and the hospitality and entertainment industries.

During the last seventeen years Aiello has worked with clients such as Kroenke Sports Enterprises; Sage Hospitality Resources; House of Blues Concerts; Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center; The Oceanaire Seafood Room, Dunkin’ Donuts, Oakwood Homes, Aurora Economic Development Council, the ART, a hotel (currently being constructed) and JE Dunn. Aiello’s work emphasizes business positioning, community relations and media relations.

Aiello has developed and implemented local and national public relations strategies for all agency clients including media relations, community affairs, special events, direct mail marketing and business to business marketing.

Before launching her agency in 1996, Aiello served as National Director of Public Relations for Morton’s of Chicago, a national chain of upscale steakhouses with 36 locations across the United States. In this position, Aiello served as company spokesperson, developed relationships with national and local media outlets, created and managed a national marketing plan and budget, created and implemented national promotions and special events, developed and supervised partnerships with non-profit organizations and coordinated all collateral material development.

Aiello has been involved in many non-profit and special event projects in the community including Girls Inc., Women’s Foundation of Colorado, Volunteers of America Guild, Courthouse Inc., Gold Crown Foundation, CultureHaus, Children’s Diabetes Foundation and UrbanPeak.

Prior to working with Morton’s, Aiello was a Senior Account Executive at Russell, Karsh & Hagan, one of the top public relations agencies in Denver. Aiello worked on accounts such as Bruegger’s Bagels, Morton’s of Chicago, TOTAL Petroleum, Coopers & Lybrand and Water World. Aiello has a B.A. in political science with an emphasis on communications from the University of Colorado.
