Setting goals can be fun but meeting and exceeding your goals can be a challenge. Join Goodwill nextgen and other young professionals for happy hour (the snacks are on us!) and a great session on how to accomplish your goals in 2012.

Derek and Sara from Lightbox Leadership will give an entertaining, informational and interactive presentation on how to achieve success in 2012 by creating goals that are aligned to your values and vision. They will provide exercises on how to develop a vision, distill core values, create S.M.A.R.T. goals that work and provide tips on how to ensure your success.

The Goodwill nextgen group is the next generation of Goodwill supporters, donors and volunteers. We work to energize and engage young professionals to help increase awareness about Goodwill’s career development programs that serve at-risk youth in 27 public schools in metro Denver and northern Colorado.
