Please join us Thursday, November 13, 2014 for a presentation about one of the most popular and effective methods for developing leaders, executive coaching. Executive Coaching has increased exponentially in both practice and research over the past decade. No longer is it reserved for those in need of being “fixed,” but instead is considered the preferred means for developing high potential talent. As such, it is considered a key competency for today’s leaders and those responsible for talent management.
This free event will be facilitated by Dr. Gina Herenez-Broome, a core faculty member at University of the Rockies. In this presentation we will discuss the current state of executive coaching, how it has evolved over the last decade, and a framework for practicing leadership coaching.
Light snack and refreshments will be provided.
