This eight-week course is designed to help you meet whatever challenges lie ahead. Swap stories with fellow emerging leaders, discuss issues of importance to you, and further develop the skills needed to be a leader. Through peer mentoring, coaching, a 360-degree review in your workplace, and proven curriculum, you'll identify your leadership strengths and areas to improve, communicate your values, build collaboration and trust, and express your vision for the future.
