What to bring:
*Please check with your doctor before practicing this type of breathwork if you have a history or are currently experiencing the following:
Cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, aneurysms, epilepsy or seizures, anyone on heavy medications, severe psychiatric symptoms particularly psychosis or paranoia, bipolar depression, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, or an active addiction.
Facilitator Information:
Erin is a certified Breathwork Facilitator. She helps people let go of what is no longer serving them through the power of their own breath. She found conscious connected breathwork when she was looking for something to help with her anxiety and depression. After trying different modalities, breathwork finally gave her the release she was looking for and the ability to let go of what she had been pushing down for years. Now, she holds space for others to do the same.
