Description: University of the Rockies and Metropolitan State University of Denver partner for the first Café Foresight. Chef Lamb will provide a hands-on demonstration on how to prepare a traditionally difficult-to-teach-remotely cooking class. He will show how such a class can be seasoned, sliced and cooked in ways that foster engagement, excitement, and high learner performance. Topic Leader, Alex McDaniel, will address the role of technology in creating engaging online courses. Audience members are invited to think critically and creatively to co-create meaning, assessing the transferability and significance of the presentations to areas of experiential learning in psychology, mental health, and beyond. Bring and appetite for learning and innovating! Lunch will be provided. There is no cost to attend.
