Everyone has attended a resume or interview workshop of one kind or another, but do you really know what recruiters and hiring managers actually care about? According to TheLadders research, recruiters spend an average of "six seconds before they make the initial 'fit or no fit' decision" on candidates. How are they reviewing and scrutinizing your resume? What do they listen for during a phone screen and what do they care about during the interview process?

Join Julie Bohl as she shares her recruiting and hiring experience during this education series. For those in hiring positions, learn how to be an effective recruiter. For those looking for a new career opportunity, learn how to cater your resume and communications to recruiters and hiring managers and how to make it through the interview process to get to the job offer.
